Application Information:
1. Leader of……….. LSPD
2. List Three Reason why you would like to be the leader of this organisation.
2.1: As the leader of LSPD I would be leading the city police department and enforcing law where required, stopping and apprehending criminals and upholding the constitution of the state.
2.2 I would be able to create a welcoming faction which will train its individuals to such an extent where they would turn into excellent professionals upon completing their training. All of this would be ensured before into service so that LSPD always has the best.
2.3 As the leader of LSPD, I would be working in close coordination with the government, the national guard and FIB, Woking on cases, assisting them in operations and spec ops and play a crucial role in maintaining the lawful state of the city. Being the leader I would be able to personally coordinate from my side and bring my experience into use with which the state can grow as a whole.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
3.1 Having realistic departments and ranking structure serving realistic purposes.
3.2 Proper training regime before deployment.
3.3 Having realistic combat scenarios which are also RP specific. Such as training for room invasion, hostage negotiations and parachute jumping.
3.4 Having joint training sessions with Military for SWAT.
3.5 Having a strict disciplinary system which encompasses all sectors of ic rule breaks and serves fair punishments.
3.6 Host RP meetings before big operations with the inclusion of other orgs.
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization.
4.1 Organise timely promotional ceremonies every weekend: This will keep the moral drive of the team high and motivate them to always thrive for better.
4.2 Organise in-org sports championship every 2 weeks for all org members.
4.3 Host special celebratory ceremonies where hard working individuals get awards for their service such as emphasising on subject like ‘Employee of the week.’
5. I am an Ex Senior Administrator, Curator of FIB and Government, Deputy Leader over 25 times. With this significant experience there are many ideas which I can add on but for stater I’d list some below:-
5.1 RP should be thought of as a method of expression, not a method of exploitation: RP should be extensive, without staff intervention unless required.
5.2 Deep Undercover Departments should exist. ( With subject to the server rules)
5.3 Government UC inspection should be emphasised.
5.4 SWAT should work in close quarters with Military and FIB.
5.5 Government Budget to the orgs should not be pre-specified but instead should be based on weekly expense of the organisation.
6. I can bring about 80-100 members to my organisation within a week.
