Leader of Federal Investigation Bureau (FIB) - List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
1)FIB holds a lot of responsibility and tasks that its leader must look after. I have a dedicated plan and team for that, who will work tirelessly to make sure FIB does what it has to maintain its status as a successful running organization. I also believe nowadays low rank employees are not getting the attention that they need to make themselves better and a good training, which they deserve, and I believe, as a Director myself, I could guide them and help them with many tasks beside HR and make sure they get a good training and knowledge and a good rp rich environment and will make sure that they are motivated to work not just for their rank, I as a leader will make sure that everyone is treated in a fair matter and to achieve all this things and to make my dent in this field I look forward to attain the Director position.
2). I Want to become leader of fib because i am dedicated and hardworking guy towards my work i want to make FIB the most active organization in my term with the help of my skills And I have experience of FIB so i have enough knowledge about how FIB works and what role it plays among legal orgs.
3)My goal is to make a successful, enjoyable term for people who want to have a good time and try themselves out as an agent. I am fortunate to have an incredible team working with me, and it is my responsibility to provide them with a supportive and collaborative environment. Additionally, I will prioritize maintaining positive relationships within the team to ensure we can work together effectively toward our shared mission. - List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
1) Professionalism: I will Focus on the professionalism in this org, and i will make sure everyone is professional in front of the citizens and in front of other state employees.
2)Building strong relationships is crucial for our organizational success. I make it a priority to nurture positive connections with state organizations
3)As a leader I'll make sure to maintain peace and harmony between all the other legal orgs.I don't want any Complaints from other Orgs or Citizens about Fib Federals being unprofessional With this in mind, I would like to create a more intensive training program where everyone who is new and also those who have gone through has to make mistakes. - List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
1)Every week we will hold a promotion ceremony to recognize and reward members for their hard work. This will keep everyone motivated and make them feel valued.
2) Planning and involving other ORGs We will plan and involve other orgs in respect and ask for their guidance when every we are going to do a special operation . We will make sure every ORG is sending units and helping us in all sorts of Operations where we all have to work as a team and defeat the crime in this city . We wont have any personal problems with any ORGs and never keep them in Dark when we are going to conduct a special mission. Because if we plan our move with other leaders we can be more powerful and effective .

1) During my term, there will be no nepotism or favoritism. Everyone will be treated equally and fairly.
2)will keep the Undercover Department active, making sure they collect at least 5+ evidence against gangs every day.
3)I will conduct weekly check ups and hold meetings with members to discuss progress and improvements.
