EMS Leader
2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:
I want to improve the quality and professionalism of medical roleplay on the server.
I have patience, discipline, and leadership qualities suited for managing a service-based faction.
I want to build a strong EMS team that the community can rely on at all times.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term:
Provide proper training to all recruits in medical RP (CPR, first aid, emergency response).
Implement clear rules and discipline to maintain professionalism within EMS.
Organize scheduled patrols and standby teams to ensure faster response times.
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization:
Weekly “Emergency Drills” where EMS practices large-scale accident or disaster response.
Community health camps (free medical checkups, awareness drives) to promote RP with civilians.
5. List any other information/ideas you may have:
I will make EMS not just a faction, but a respected service in the city. I also plan to reward active and skilled members with ranks, keeping everyone motivated.
