Cypress RP: Assistant, Admin, Senior Admin, - help players with questions, review reports, punish as i seen fit, curator of state, senior curator of forums and testing (w testing id pick applicants for the testing server to test updates and other things) { for forums id make sure admins had the right amount of forums weekly) - almost 2 years
The Projects: mod, senior mod, head mod, admin - help players with questions, review reports, punish as i seen fit - 4 months

List three reasons why you would like to become an administrator:
Id like to become an admin in this server because i hold a lot of experience in admin positions, as well as in LEO orgs. I think i can help new players get a hold of them selves when they first fly in to city. So the reason I want to become an admin is to help out the newcomers to the city, and explain to rule breakers what they did/didn't do. Being an admin is really important and it takes time to be really good at it. To be an admin I feel like there's a need for good communication, and you need to be really calm because there will be people that will yell at you, saying they didn't do the wrong but truly they did.
Name a strength and a weakness that you possess:
I am a quick learner so that helps me learn the process this server's admin team runs.
A weakness of mine is i like to give second chances, and they usually come out to be worse.
Will you be able to perform the duties of an administrator? Are there any IRL situations now or in the near future that will prevent you from being an administrator?:
Yes i will, nothing will prevent me from doing it as far as now.
Do you speak any languages other than English?: Yes, I speak Portuguese fluent and understand more than i speak Spanish
List any other information you wish to share with us:
I hope you take me into consideration, despite me not being in the server yet, i plan to fly in tonight after work. My good friend Timy referred me to this project.
