1. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization ?
-> Passion for Medical Roleplay:
I’ve really enjoyed doing medical roleplay recently, and I believe EMS has a huge impact on the overall RP quality of the server. If I get the opportunity to lead, I’ll make sure the department stays active, realistic, and professional at all times.
->Leadership & Experience:
I have past experience in managing teams and handling both training and discipline. I’m confident in guiding members properly and maintaining a well-structured, organized EMS unit that people can rely on.
->Community Presence:
I want to make EMS more noticeable across the city—not just by responding to emergency calls, but also by participating in major RP events and showing players how essential and fun this department can be.
2.List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
-> Structured Training System:
Introduce a training system that gradually helps players improve their RP and medical skills step-by-step.
->Professional Procedures:
Add standard procedures and response methods for different kinds of medical cases so that RP always feels professional and immersive.
->Active Field Operations:
Keep EMS units actively patrolling and ensure proper coordination with police, fire, and other departments during incidents for smooth teamwork.
3.List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization ?
->Emergency Drill Events:
Organize large-scale RP scenarios such as pile-up crashes, fire outbreaks, or disaster emergencies where EMS takes the lead in coordination and rescue efforts.
->Public Engagement & Internal Events:
Host ride-alongs, awareness sessions, and small friendly competitions within EMS to make things engaging, educational, and rewarding for members.
4.List any other information/ideas you may have ?
* Implement a fair ranking and reward system to motivate members and recognize their hard work.
* Strengthen coordination with Police, Fire, and Government departments for smooth and realistic joint operations.
* Maintain proper records of calls, training sessions, and events for transparency and better management.
5.How many members can you bring to the organization?
->I can bring 10+ active and dedicated members who genuinely enjoy EMS roleplay and are eager to stay active and contribute to the department’s growth.
