-> Structured Training System: so every employee can be professional in there work .
-> Keep EMS units actively patrolling and ensure proper coordination with police, Fib and other departments .
-> Add standard procedures and response methods for different kinds of medical cases so that RP always feels professional.
4.List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization ?
->Public Engagement & Internal Events: awareness sessions, and small friendly competitions within EMS to make things engaging, educational, and rewarding for members.
->Emergency Drill Events: Regular drill events for members to ready for any type of emergency situation .
5.List any other information/ideas you may have ?
-> a fair ranking and bonus system for the members so they can enjoy working hard of the org.
6.How many members can you bring to the organization?
-> 10+ because I want member who are active and enjoy working .
