1. Which leadership position are you applying for?
Bloods Leadership
2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization?
• I have strong communication and leadership skills, and I am good in handling problems. I will make sure there’s no problem with bloods
• I want to give members a fun and happy environment in which they think they are part of something bigger not only the gang
• I enjoy gang RP such as Bank robberies, store robberies, hostage situations, Fight with Leo’s and gang war etc.
3. List three steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term:
• I’ll ensure all members understand how to do proper roleplay without breaking any of the server rules. If someone don’t know I will make him understand and guide him personally
• I’ll implement a new cleared and structured rank system which will be approved by crime curator and will make sure there will not be any fight for the ranks
• I’ll ensure to make consistent activity, and will make sure bloods will be the most active organizations in crime.
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will organize to improve your organization:
• Introduce a loyalty and discipline system — members who show consistency and teamwork will get rewarded, while trolls or unserious players will be removed.
• Create an IC testing system for recruitment — new members will have to prove their skills and loyalty before earning a rank.
5. List any other information/ideas you may have:
I’ll implement a daily and weekly bonus system based on activity and performance. Promotions will be earned through loyalty, contribution, and dedication. I’ll also make sure Bloods stays well-organized, respected, and active in all gang-related RP.
6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
15–20 members in the first week, with plans to grow the numbers consistently over time.

I was 4-5x deputy in Gang in Zenith.
2x Deputy governor
Having experience of all org except FIB.
I am playing Zenith from the starting of beta
