2 LSPD in one car , 3 in the other car , clearly in convoy from the start so 5 LSPD vs 5 Blood. So where is the double numbers to just take a hostages? without a fight.

2 hostage with only 3 people pointing guns.

Also too add I understand I break rules too by calling people there names. This I will take along with any other rules I may of broke to make the city a better place.

1. The 3 cops in the first vehicle abandoned the 2 cops that got taken hostage, there was no rule break there.
2. There is no rule about how many people should be watching hostages.​
