Which leadership position are you applying for?
- The Ballas
List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
1. I would like to display my decade of experience in the field of illegal organizations, and I want to make good communication with my gang member, and want to make it powerful and respectful gang in the whole city, so i decided to lead a gang and i will do my best to improve my gang, I think I can take the role as leader with my term making sure things are working the way it should be. I will right to have good environment
2. My goals are simple make ballas the best out of all the other gangs in the city by attending all gang events, creating hostage situations, robbing people, doing Store Robberies, doing Gun Store Robberies, doing NG Raids, making every single other gang and leo's in city be scared of ballas.
3. I believe that with the knowledge that I have now I can become a leader. If I get selected as Leader, I promise that I will show respect to everyone and not be bias. I will give everyone a chance, despite their history and everyone will be welcome to my gang. UNLESS they don't know the basic server rules
List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term
- I have plan to do a numbers of Highway robberies, store/gunstore robberies, hostage situations, FZ raids, and other activities.
- I will hire who knows Rules for RP and Gangs so my org don't get warn.
- give weekly promotion on basis of member activity and loyalty. Give bonus basis of activity & join events,so gang members do more rp and take interest.
List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
- Doing weekly event for ballas members like hosting find a drug car, bull fighting,find leader,aim competition etc and get 50-100k prize who will win,so my members don't get bored and enjoy it.
- I will allience with other gang to do events and rp, make good relations with members to get more numbers.
List any other information/ideas you may have
- there is a new graffiti system add for gangs, my goal will capture all graffiti location with spray team to get more bonuses.
