Dear Admin Team,
Situation 1
I am the leader of Bloods, and I want to address what happened during our house robberies.
Even if the punishment was considered valid, the way it was handled felt extremely harsh. Our leader was jailed for 2 hours + given a warn. I have never seen a faction leader receive both at the same time. Leaders put in a lot of effort to keep RP active, organize events, and bring life to the city. Punishing a leader this heavily affects the entire faction.
I also brought a new player—my friend—into the city. He joined us for house robberies, and he was also jailed for 2 hours. After this experience, he told me he’s not going to come to the city anymore if this is how new players get treated.
And honestly, I feel the same. If things keep going like this. It’s demotivating to contribute so much to the server and receive such severe punishments instead of support.
At that time, the whole city had only about 10 people online: 5 of us in jail, 2 admins, and the rest AFK. With numbers like that, RP cannot grow if half the active players are stuck in jail for hours.
I hope you take this matter seriously and review how these punishments were handled.
Situation 2
I punished for GR 5.7 Which means
5.7 Healing or looting during an active gunfight is forbidden. | Warning.
Exception: Healing is allowed if in complete cover and certain you will not be shot.
I patched person when there was no one shooting me, there was 2 persons from NG. I killed one and other was busy fighting with other guy as you can see in pov, So I decided to patch my friend as there is written in Exception: Certain you will not be shot and its even proved in pov, No one shot me... I don't think so this is a correct decision. Please take a look at that. I need Justice...
“Even if you believe I broke a rule by patching during an active gunfight, the other players I patched did NOT patch anyone and were not involved in any rule break. Why were they punished for something I alone did?” “Can you show me the exact moment where someone was shooting while I was patching? I want to understand the reasoning behind the punishment.” “Punishing people who didn’t commit the action goes against individual accountability. I accept reviewing my own actions, but I don’t understand why others received the same punishment for something I alone did.” “Please review the evidence again and consider removing the punishment from the players who didn’t patch anyone.”

As a Leader I know I had break server rule, I really apologize for that action, No one is perfect. I was thinking another player was driving one more car, I had miss only 1 car.

In Situation 1, Remove Verbal Warning from my organization...
In Situation 2, Remove the punishment from other players!!
Both are not fair, He is admin.. he should know it leader never goes to Jail, They only get warnings... and He should be able to take correct decision.
