Event Scenario:
LEOs is transporting a criminal from SAHP to DOC, and gang has to rescue the criminal before they reach DOC.
Only 5 members from gang(on duty) & 5 members from leos(on duty) allowed and 1 admin (criminal)


Winning Criteria:
If gang rescue criminal before reach doc then all participating gang members will receive a share of 150k. If the gang fails to save him, then the LEOs will receive a shared 150k for all participants.
