   1. First of All I have many experience in many RP server as Leader and Deputy. As I personally choose Ballas because it is the most iconic Gang in GTA history.
   
   2. I wanna be leader because i have that knowledge , maturity and calmness in myself which is very important for a leader .
   
   3. I have Good Connections in city who can help me to make my Ballas term successful and also I choosed Ballas because i have many Memories with Ballas.
   
   
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
   
   1 . I will Make sure that Every Gang Member will Lend a Hand in every Activities and Events.
   2. I've seen toxicity in gangs is very often, So I will make sure that our members will not do this and behave like a Gentleman.
   3. I will try to do maximum Hostage Situation, FZ Raids, Gang Raids, Store Robberies, Battle Ships and Other events to make my term the most active and successful.

   - All Through I have many Ideas but I wanna state two of them for my Leadership:-
   
   1. Providing max Bonuses to Member so they will be attend every events and Help me to conduct many more activities.
   
   2. I will help every single player in need so they can help me back and I will conduct many funable battles in Zenith so they can be engage in RP.

   - Yes , I have my Goal after being a leader :-
   
   1. Doing Maximum weekly task.
   2. Clearing bonuses on time and try to give max bonuses.
   3. Capturing 100% Turf.
   4. Doing Max Graffiti.
   5. Accomplished my term with least Punishments.
   
6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
   - I have many connection digitally so I can bring the sufficient member , friends to make the server and my Gang Active.
