2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 - I've been working in legal organizations for a long time. I started at the lowest rank and worked my way up to the LSPD . I started at the LSPD , which is why the LSPD is a truly special institution for me. I have the knowledge and experience to lead the LSPD in the best possible way.
2.2 - Having spent so much time with LSPD, I'm familiar with all the risky situations for LSPD. I know exactly how to take precautions against these situations.
2.3 - LSPD needs to be active to reduce the crime rate in the city and prevent people from parking illegally. And I will do my best to do this.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
3.1 - All members will receive training at least once a week with my deputies, and after this training, I will interview them again to ensure everyone reaches their desired rank. I will never tolerate favoritism.
3.2 - I will reinstate border patrols to prevent people from endangering others by drinking and driving. I will also minimize the trading , transportation, and stockpiling of illegal weapons and armor in the city.
3.3 - I've held meetings to reintegrate experienced individuals who had been alienated and alienated from organizations due to favoritism. Many responded positively to my meetings. This will allow me to maximize the level of RP within the organization.
3.4 - Investment will be made in those who are joining the organization for the first time or who have little experience in legal organizations, thanks to the experienced individuals who will join the organization. This will help develop future deputies and leaders.
3.5 - Unlike former LSPD leaders, I will establish good relations with other legal organizations and conduct joint operations. I will dispel the image of the LSPD as an organization of incompatibility, created by former leaders in other legal organizations.
3.6 - By having two lawyers in our organization, we will strengthen our position to legally defend the LSPD against the possibility of civilians filing lawsuits against the organization.
3.7 - We will increase city patrols and penalize vehicles parked illegally in the city by issuing tickets and towing them. Illegal parking will not be permitted within the city.
3.8 - We will conduct high participation patrols with FIB/SAHP/NG/USSS to minimize the crime rate in the ghetto by increasing ghetto patrols.
3.9 - The IA department will continuously checking the organization. The HR department will coordinate with the IA department and provide training to members identified as deficient during the audits.
3.10 - The SWAT department will participate in and manage the events with all its might.
3.11 - The PR department will organize the maximum number of events to build public relations.
3.12 - In particular, the detective department will coordinate with the FIB to gather evidence on gangs and families.
3.13 - The hemp field will be raided at least three times a day.
Goals :
1 - Border patrol will be produced every 2 days
2 - IA department will check all logs every two days
3 - Training will be given to all members once a week
4 - Members with deficiencies will be given immediate training.
5 - At least 3 ghetto patrol will be made per day
6 - At least 3 city patrol will be made per day
7 - IC events will be held every day
8 - At least 50 cars will be towed per day and fined 500K
9 - Evidence will be collected from all gang and family activities
10 - Maximum number of cannabis raids to be made
11 - Completing two successful terms without receiving any verbal or warning
