List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:
1. Experience in Legal and Criminal Roleplay have extensive experience in legal factions, beginning my career in the LSPD where I progressed from entry rank to high command. I later served as Deputy Chief of LSPD, where I helped solve internal management issues and improve training quality and activity levels. I have also experienced criminal roleplay leadership, giving me a strong understanding of both sides of the city’s ecosystem. This allows me to lead LSPD with fairness, realism, and efficiency.
2. Commitment to Quality Roleplay and Structure, strongly prefer legal roleplay and want to ensure LSPD becomes a pillar of structured, realistic, and enjoyable RP. My goal is to build a professional police force where officers understand procedures, follow rules, and feel supported. I will work closely with government, SANG, EMS to maintain a safe and engaging environment for all players.
3. Passionate and Responsible Leadership have the dedication, communication skills, and responsibility needed to lead a large organization. I will always put the faction and its members first, listen to feedback, and continuously improve systems. My objective is to make LSPD respected, active, and effective in maintaining law and order across the city.

List three steps you will take to improve roleplay during your term:
1. Departmental Structure and SOPs will introduce clear departments, standard operating procedures, ranking guidelines, and codes of conduct. This ensures professionalism, accountability, and smooth daily operations without micromanagement issues.
2. Training and Development Programs Basic training will teach procedures, radio discipline, weapon handling, and legal knowledge. Advanced training will focus on realistic RP scenarios such as robberies, hostage situations, gang raids, and pursuit tactics — ensuring officers are confident and roleplay-ready.
3. Fair Promotion and Disciplinary System Promotions will be based on activity, knowledge, and leadership — not influence. A fair disciplinary system will handle internal issues professionally, maintaining integrity within the faction.

List at least two ideas or events you will plan to improve your organization:
1. Weekly Training & Tactical Events: Regular aim and tactical sessions at the arena for skill improvement and team bonding.
2. Internal Motivation Events: Friendly competitions such as “Best Patrol Unit”, “Top Responder”, or “Most Active Officer” to keep members motivated and engaged.

List any other information or ideas you may have:
I have been part of Zenith City since its beta phase and understand its systems, mechanics, and community well. I have previously served as Deputy in LSPD, giving me hands-on leadership experience. My vision is to build an LSPD that is professional, respected, and enjoyable for both officers and civilians — strengthening the overall realism and roleplay quality of the city.
