as you can see in the starting of the pov the player 65 started shooting id 35 and me in which he broke the rule and did RDM and he started toxiicity at 0:21 , at 0:28 he did ooc insult (gr 3.9) and at both time stamp 0:28 and 0:47 he said a tamil worddi "thevuya pasanga" which means "son of a whore" which involves our family basically speaking bad about our mom and this shows that he is abusing the rule GR:3.4
