As shown in the POV i responded to an ATM robbery , When i get there the Ballas Drive away instantly , You can see 1246 driving around not listening to Pull over demands , Then UB driving and doing maneuvers That are not possible For a car with No tires , And then after That I finnaly kill 1246 and start to arrest him and He jumps in the water handcuffed , Without any fear for his life he swims away handcuffed which is PB and bug abuse, i then Decide to end the recording to Post this forum and shortly after, he comes back after being uncuffed and kills me ( Shown in Screenshot 1 ) , I then Put in a death ticket to notify an Administrator and after Being revived speaking To Roxy , he Comes back again and kills me In a code B situation without any warning or demand (Shown in Screenshot 2)
(look at the times in the Screenshots and you can see i was killed twice)
this player Either has no Knowlege of the Server Rules , Or clearly is choosing to not respect or follow them And its not a one time occasion. These petty rule breaks and Acts are happening consistently and clearly making people enjoy RP less in this city.
