I was selected as the Bloods leader, and although I was honored to be given that responsibility, I was unable to complete my term. During that time, I was charged with LR 1.5 and GR 3.2. I fully understand the expectations and duties that come with a leadership position, and I take responsibility for not upholding them as I should have. In a moment of frustration caused by toxicity in my direct messages, I allowed my temper to affect my judgment. While the situation was difficult, I acknowledge that as a leader I should have handled it with greater patience and professionalism.
I sincerely regret my actions and recognize that leadership requires composure, accountability, and the ability to manage conflict calmly, regardless of circumstances. This experience has given me the opportunity to reflect on my behavior and understand the importance of maintaining self-control at all times. I am committed to learning from this mistake and ensuring it does not happen again.
