This concern is raised regarding the forum report submitted by Player 147, in which it was alleged that the Bloods organization was targeting him. However, this claim has not been sufficiently proven. Despite the lack of clear and valid evidence, punishment was issued against the organization by the Chief Administration.
During the subsequent meeting, this matter was discussed and the Chief Administration agreed to provide the supporting proof on which the decision was based. Unfortunately, that proof has still not been disclosed.
This situation creates the impression that the Chief Administration may be exercising bias or favoritism, and issuing punishments based on assumptions rather than verified evidence. Such actions can negatively impact fairness within the community.
As the Leader of the Bloods, I would also like to raise an additional concern. Player 147 stated that he approached us twice to have a discussion, claiming that we refused to talk with him. Since this statement has been used as part of the claim against our organization, we respectfully request that the proof or POV of those two alleged interactions also be shared for transparency and proper review.
For the sustainability and healthy growth of the community, it is important that decisions are made transparently and based strictly on valid proof. Therefore, the management is requested to review this matter and take appropriate action to prevent such situations in the future.

(The video reportedly lacks clear audio, yet it was accepted as valid proof.)
My POV of the same situation:
(This video shows that Player 147 was not negotiating but instead threatening the gang members.)
If all the above claims are proven with valid and complete evidence, I am willing to accept the punishment issued against me and the organization.
However, if these claims cannot be supported with proper proof, I would respectfully request that the punishment be withdrawn and that the management review the matter and take the necessary action regarding the conduct of the Chief Administration for issuing punishment without sufficient evidence.
