Leader Rules
1.1 All Leadership Terms are for a minimum of 30 days. The Maximum leadership term is 90 days.
Exception: A 3rd term may be rewarded provided that the org has not received any org warn during the last 30 days of the previous term
Note: The warnings do not include verbal warnings
1.2 If a leader fails to complete the minimum term, the organization will be disbanded and the leader will receive a penalty on their account.
Exception: If the leader has a sufficient reason for abandoning their leadership, they will be able to choose a trusted deputy to replace them and they will not receive any penalties.
Note: Exceptions may apply. Certain candidates may be treated on a case-by-case basis depending on their history with Zenith RP and any relevant information. The Chief Curator has the final say.
1.3 Leaders of State Organizations can choose 2 deputies to assist them in their term. Leaders of Crime Organizations can choose up to 3 deputies. Leader of Government may only have 1 deputy.
Note: Deputies may be subject to an interview by the Chief Curator, and may be barred from holding a deputy position.
1.4 Leaders of all organizations are entitled to a 24 hour freeze at the beginning of their term. The leader may choose if they wish to take this freeze or not.
Note: During a freeze, it is forbidden to use any organization items/equipment/vehicles or any other functions of an organization. All organization members must have their rank set at 1, with the exception of the leader and deputies.
1.5 Leaders of all organizations may take one 12-24 hour freeze at any point during their term with the approval from the Chief Curator.
Note: The same restrictions as in Leader Rule 1.4 apply.
1.6 Toxicity for Leaders and Deputies is strictly prohibited. This includes partaking in or encouraging. | Warning to the Org Leader
1.7 Leaders are forbidden from holding administration, leadership, or other roles of significance on any other GTA/SAMP Roleplay Project. | Disbandment of the Organization
1.8 Leaders may remove people from their organization without an RP process only with approval from the Chief Curator. | Warning to the Org Leader
Responsibilities of Leaders
2.1 Maintain daily online of at least 2 hours unless an LOA was approved by Chief Curator.
2.2 Cooperate with your Curators and Chief Curator.
2.3 Ensure you and the members of your organization comply with all server rules.
2.4 Don’t allow any conflicts within the organization or toxic behaviour of members.
