   9.1 i was deputy of the bloods street gang and i belive that i have the requirments to be a leader of the East Ballas Gang, i have been in many gang expriences such as robbing attenting events and etc.
   
   9.2 i wanna be the leader of this organisation because i have strong leading abilities and i will bring exprienced deputies in to the organisation. and i will make a great bonus system and i will select active deputies and make sure they are not more than 4, i will give them the permission to select active highcommands i will also ensure there is no favorism/toxicity/racism in the organisation.
   
   9.3 i will ensure to make weekly tasks for my deputies/high commands to complete, i will listen to the higher ups aswell as i will make a meeting with my deputies each week to take their suggestions about the members who deserve a promotion/demotion blacklisting or firing. i will tell my deputies to tell me about each and everything happens in the organisation and i will make sure that they fill the logs everytime they do an event.

    10.1 i will do events each week for the citiziens to win rewards and improve the roleplay in my organisation.
    10.2 as i listed above i will make sure that there will be no toxicity/racism/favorism and i will make sure to select the best deputies i belive in.
    10.3 aswell as i will make meetings with my deputies for who deserves promotion, demotion, kicking and blacklisting any mistake made from my deputies will receive a strike/verbal depends on the mistake, if the weekly tasks are not done i will give each one of them a verbal.
11. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
    11.1 i will make events for the citiziens like batman vs human event and bike race etc.
    11.2 at the end of the term i will request permission from the higher ups to raid the capital with the following gangs - families, bloods street and los santos vagos gang.

    12.1 at the end from the term i will request a permission from the higher ups to raid the capital as i said above and with the including gangs listed above. will make sure that none of my members break the rules like nlr, and i will need from the higher ups to remove the green grass from the capital so we can attack and our goal will be to kidnap the governor and deputy governor for that aswell i will ask the higher ups to make the governor and deputy availble at that time.
