2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
Ans: 2.1) My personal experience in the organization
- I have been in LI from a long time and worked in different departments such as Ads Team, Journalism Team, Creative Team, and worked as HR Manager also and achieve a good rank in other RP Project, I have faced some challenges in my department, learned from my mistakes and improved myself step by step. This experience helped me to understand the responsibility as a High Command and of a leader. I also know the working of LI in Zenith RP
2.2) Inspired by different Leaders.
I have observed the working style, decision making and communication methods of many leaders. This has taught me how to handle a term even in difficult situations. This experience inspired me to take responsibilities and guide others just like they guided me.
2.3) My Vision in Weazel News
- I wanted to become leader because I have a clear vision to improve Weazel News and grow it in positive direction. My Focus will be on improving communication between different departments and between the citizens and Improving working efficiency of each department and make a supportive environment for all members of organization and citizens in city.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
Ans: 3.1) Plan fun events: I will organize events like car shows and talent contests to get everyone in the city involved.
3.2) Post more news: I want our team to be active every day, posting breaking news and stories so there is always something to read.
3.3) Better training: I’ll teach staff how to act like real reporters, making sure they are professional and helpful when they meet people.
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization.
Ans: 4.1) Job Fairs: I want to host big hiring events to find new people and explain why Weazel News is such a great place to work.
4.2) Live Interviews: We will go out and talk to regular people and leaders in the city to show everyone how important the news really is.
5. List any other information/ideas you may have.
Ans: 5.1) I want to start a "Employee of the Week" award to keep our staff happy and motivated. I also want to make sure we have a reporter at every big city event so we never miss a story.

Ans: 6.1) I have a group of at least 10 friends who are ready to join and help out. They are all hardworking and will help make the organization very active right away.
