Economy Rules​

1.1 It is strictly forbidden to knowingly or negligently abuse any exploits that harm any aspect of the server economy | Permanent Ban

1.2 It is forbidden to exchange any real life currencies for any currency, items, or services in game. | Permanent Ban
Exception: Through ZenithRP Approved Platforms.

1.3 It is forbidden to give/receive more than $5,000,000 in one day. Any transactions from additional accounts count toward the limit. | 60-day Ban

1.4 It is forbidden to gift or receive as a gift items or vehicles, the market price of which exceeds $5,000,000. It is forbidden to gift or receive as a gift any houses or apartments. | 60-day Ban

1.5 It is strictly prohibited to use any method to evade the server script for trading/selling items or property to avoid paying taxes. | 60-day Ban
Note: Items/Currency that was supposed to be taxed will be removed from the server.

1.6 Fraud against other players is strictly prohibited | Permanent Ban, Lost Items will NOT be refunded

1.7 Each person is allowed 1 Business on their main account. Additional accounts are not permitted to own a business. | 60 Day Ban
Note: Closure of ALL Businesses associated with the banned accounts will occur.

1.8 It is forbidden to own in-game property without being active on the server. Minimal activity - 4 hours per week, 30 hours per month | Confiscation of Property
Note: Being active on the server means performing activities typical for players (participating in faction/family activities, events, etc.)
Being active on the server does not include: AFK, paying taxes, paying for supplies, aimless driving, aimlessly wandering around.
Exception: By decision of Chief Administrator.

Rules of Communication

2.1 Communication Rules only apply on platforms run and moderated by Zenith RP. (i.e. in-game text and voice chats, official Zenith RP Discord servers, Zenith RP forum, private DMs with ZenithRP Administration)

2.2 All communication in RP chats, including voice chat and RP text chats must be in English and following Role Play rules and guidelines. | Mute 30-60 Min
Exception: When in private, players may talk in a different language and not follow RP rules and guidelines if everyone present agrees to it.

2.3 Constantly, repeatedly insulting another player without a valid IC reason falls under the “Non-RP Behavior” rule. | Mute/Demorgan 60-120 Min

2.4 Any insults in out-of-character chats / targeted at the OOC players are prohibited. | Mute 60 Min

2.5 Racist, homophobic, and sexist behavior, including, but not limited to, the usage of the N- and F-slurs are strictly forbiden. | 7-14 Day Ban
Note: NO ONE is allowed to say the N-word, as it’s impossible to moderate the rule otherwise.

2.6 Insulting family members is prohibited (including RP chats). | Mute 60-120 Min
Exception: Common phrases like “son of a b***h” are allowed as long as they are not suggesting actual insults of family members.

2.7 Mention of real-world politics and religion is prohibited as to not incite conflict. | Mute 120 Min
Exception: Common phrases are allowed. (i.e. “OMG”, “so help me God”, etc.)

2.8 When talking to admins, players must be respectful. Insulting administrators is prohibited. | Ban 7-14 Days

2.9 The in-game report system should only be used for questions and issues within the game. | Mute from report

2.10 Any insults, inciting conflict, and off-topic on the Zenith RP forum is prohibited. | Forum Warning up to Forum Ban

2.11 All Administrators are considered OOC characters. Any Administrator present with Admin Tag in a situation halts all RP. Attention should be paid to the Administrator and players should not speak over the administrator. Administrator is allowed to mute players who are being disruptive and preventing the administrator from resolving the situation and allowing RP to continue. | Mute 30 Mins

2.12 Sharing other player’s or admin’s private information without their consent is strictly forbidden. Doxxing of any real life information of any party is strictly forbidden, including information or pictures. | Permanent Ban

2.13 It is forbidden to move IC situations to OOC formats or platforms. | Mute/Ban on Discord/In Game
Exception: Public Complaint in the appropriate section on forums.

2.14 It is forbidden to direct targeted hate or abuse towards another player (or group of players). | Up to Permanent Ban for inciting or partaking

2.15 Sharing PDF files is not allowed due to security risks. Use Google Docs or MS Word instead.

Role Play Rules​

3.1 Each player must put a decent effort into role playing their character. Acting in disregard to the minimal RP standards (i.e. running around in a trollish manner during a serious situation, driving around playing music, etc.) is prohibited. | Demorgan 60-120 Mins

3.2 Abusing RP Commands is prohibited. All RP Commands must display only the truth and cannot be abused to gain an advantage. | Mute up to Warn

“/me” describes an action performed by your character.
Example: /me took the passport out of the pocket and showed it to the person in front

“/do” describes the state of the things around you. Can also be used to ask questions that other people must answer with another “/do” command.
Example #1: /do Where does @playerID have his passport?
Example #2: /do Passport is in the right pocket.
Note: It is forbidden to abuse “/do” to gain an advantage (i.e. ask questions people wouldn’t be willing to answer, questions/statements that would give you an unfair advantage, etc.)

“/try” describes an action performed by your character with a chance of succeeding or failing.
Example: /try searches through his pockets for the passport and finds it (the script will display Failure or Success)
Note: You are only allowed to use /try 2 times per situation.

3.3 Outside of the Red Zone, you must have an IC reason to kill or shoot another player, and role play your intent to do so (DM). | Demorgan 60-120 Mins
Exception: Self-defense; if the player slurs at you or insults family members.

3.4 Using vehicles to damage or kill other players is prohibited (VDM). | Demorgan 30-120 Mins

3.5 Intentionally repeatedly crashing into other vehicles is prohibited (CR). | Demorgan 30-120 Mins

3.6 Using information obtained by OOC means in the IC world is prohibited (MG). | Demorgan 60-120 Mins / Warn

3.7 It is prohibited to drive in a way that defies the role play logic (i.e. driving a car up a steep hill or mountain, driving without tires) (NRD). | Demorgan 60-120 Mins

3.8 Refusing to finish playing out the RP situation (i.e. exiting the game during a shootout, etc.) is prohibited (CL). | Warn

3.9 When your character dies, you must forget the events leading up to the death of your character and you are not allowed to come back and keep participating in the RP scenario where you died (NLR). | Warn

3.10 Each player must role play a realistic fear for the life of their character (i.e. complying with people holding you at gunpoint). | Warn
Note: Trying to stall the situation by complying with the demands too slowly or pretending not to know how to perform certain actions is also forbidden.

3.11 Performing actions that aren’t physically possible for a human to perform in real life (i.e. healing someone under a car) is prohibited (PG). | Warn

3.12 Healing other players while being shot at is forbidden. | Demorgan 120 Mins

3.13 Killing other players to help them avoid an RP situation is forbidden (Mercy Killing). | Warn

3.14 Any sexual actions or comments (unwelcome comments or advances, RP sex or rape, etc.), extreme violence (gore), or immoral actions against an unconscious player (spitting, using animations, etc.) is strictly forbidden | Ban 14 Days

3.15 It is forbidden to use organization/family funds, items, or weapons for personal use. | Ban 30 Days / Permanent Ban
Exception: With permission from the family leader.

3.16 It is forbidden to be on roofs that cannot be accessed by foot or ladder during an RP situation or a shootout. | Demorgan 30-60 Mins

3.17 "Fully blocking roads, entrances, or exits is not allowed. (There must be enough space for a car to go through) | Demorgan 60 Mins

3.18 Harassing or being rude to an EMS employee on duty is prohibited unless the employee is provoking you. | Demorgan 120 Mins / Warn

3.19 Performing any criminal actions towards an EMS employee on duty is prohibited. | Warn

3.20 Abusing any bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden. | Ban 60 / Permanent Ban

3.21 Usage of any unauthorized third-party software, including cheats and illegal changes to the game files are strictly forbidden. | 60-day Ban for first offence, Permanent Ban for repeated offenders

3.22 It is forbidden for players' main account and Twink account to belong to factions opposite of each other. Ex: If the Main account is a state employee, the Twink account cannot be a criminal. | Warn for both accounts

3.23 Failure to follow the format in the ORG discords is forbidden. | Warn, if ORG leader ORG warn

RP Terms:
RP Commands - “/” commands used for role-play (i.e. /me, /do, /try, etc.).
DM - Deathmatch, killing/shooting other players without IC reasons and roleplaying the intent to do so.
VDM - Vehicle Deathmatch, using vehicles to damage or kill other players.
CR - Car Ramming, intentionally repeatedly crashing into other vehicles.
NLR - New Life Rule, when your character dies, you must forget the events leading up to the death of your character and you are not allowed to come back and keep participating in the RP scenario where you died.
Fear-RP - Each player must role-play a realistic fear for the life of their character (i.e. complying with people holding you at gunpoint).
Non-RP - Non-RP Behavior, actions or behaviour that goes against the role play logic (i.e. acting in a trollish manner during a serious situation).
NRD - Non-RP Driving, driving in a way that defies the role play logic (i.e. driving a car up a steep hill or mountain, driving without tires).
PG - Power Gaming, performing actions that aren’t physically possible for a human to perform in real life.
MG - Metagaming, using information obtained by OOC means in the IC world.
CL - Combat Logging, refusing to finish playing out the RP situation (i.e. exiting the game during a shootout, etc.).
MK - Mercy Killing, killing another player to help them escape an RP situation.
