Dear Admin Team,

I am writing to respectfully raise a concern regarding a recent decision made in response to a forum complaint I submitted against Player 88 for Powergaming. As per the forum thread, it is evident that Player 88 was indeed found guilty and punished accordingly based on the POV and evidence I provided.

However, what I find deeply disheartening is that I was also punished for "Metagaming (MG)" in the same thread, despite there being no conclusive evidence supporting this accusation.

I would like to clarify the following points:

1. I was deafened in Discord at the time of the incident, which means I could not have received or acted upon any information outside the game.
   – Unfortunately, as I use a dual monitor setup, I cannot conclusively prove the deafen status in the provided POV.
   – However, I am more than willing to provide a longer POV if required, which will clearly show that no Discord audio was playing and that all my actions were based solely on in-game events.
2. In the forum thread, there is no audio evidence from Discord, nor any visible indication that I received information externally.
   – The absence of voice input in the POV itself suggests no metagaming was involved.
   – The punishment seems to stem not from facts, but possibly from bias, as I had filed a report against Player 88—who, based on interactions, appears to be closely associated with the handling admin.
3. I had also sent the same POV directly to the admin on Discord, hoping for a fair and unbiased review.
   – Yet, instead of investigating thoroughly, the outcome was a punishment against me, despite my cooperation and transparency.

I strongly believe this decision was unjust and request a re-evaluation of my case by a neutral admin or the head of staff. I respect the rules of the server and always strive to uphold the roleplay standards expected of us. However, it is equally important that punishments are based on solid evidence and not assumptions or affiliations.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this appeal. I genuinely hope for a fair resolution and to continue enjoying the immersive roleplay experience that Zenith RP offers.

Your overlay is off so how can he identify if you were defend or not because you have a past record of actually doing metagaming in a active situation where you were talking through discord and was provided with some advantageous information. Admin this guy mister bean is a toxic at peak typo person who always spread toxicity in club chat. targetting the leos organisation and me.

Hello dear Admins
As you can see, Noir | 88 is once again targeting me by posting totally irrelevant content under my forum thread. This behavior violates the following rules:

• General Rule 2.10 – for posting off-topic comments.
• General Rule 2.14– for continued targeting of another player.
• Forum rule 1.9– as he is not the accused party in this forum thread, yet he has involved himself unnecessarily.

Given these repeated violations, I kindly request that appropriate disciplinary action be taken against him as per the server and forum guidelines.

Moreover, he has shared Half cropped POVs attempting to frame me as toxic. I can provide multiple full and legitimate POVs clearly showing his own toxic behaviour and instances where he has directly threatened me.

It is very clear at this point that he is intentionally trying to target me here as well, and I request the administration to please take notice of this pattern.
