List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
Firstly, To improve the RP of the project. I have noticed that there are not much gang activity and i would try my best to fix that issue by getting active members.
Secondly, I would like to give everyone a chance to experience how gang system works, this will motivate people to keep playing on the server as its something different compared to LEOS side.
Lastly, I wanted to experience being the first active leader of ballas and help the server grow.
List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
I would conduct RP events every day such as Bank heist and Jewellery store robbery everyday to improve the RP between Ballas and LEOS.
Secondly I will make a special team which would do different task such as leading the event so the other members can gain experience too so the city will have more experienced people which will improve the RP.
Lastly I would also interact with the other gang familes and do some events with each other so both of the gangs can have a good chance on dominating the city
List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
I have already lead the bank events, jewellery events and store robbery when I was in familes so i gained alot of experience from doing that and it will be one of my favourite events to host and we will give good about of bonus to members so other people would also would want to join ballas which will improve our organization.
Secondly I would also use the LS race to do illegal racing as no one is currently doing it.
