I want to actually make a good faction not one that is going to have no active members and keeping it fun and professional.
I want to also make a impact on new members joining showing them what rp is and giving them a great experience so the city can grow.
I want to inspire people give them a chance to grow and shape themselves into the city and create a great community that everyone can enjoy.
List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
Training my team is the best way to go when trying to improve roleplay if they know what to do in situations and how to go along with a event or story that would be a perfect way to improve rp.
Listening to my team hearing there feedback and trying to solve it or help them with what the need being supportive is a crucial step in rp.
Interviews are a good way to improve roleplay making sure they have the experience to be in the organization and know the basic rules of the city so none are broken and they aren't stepping into a Faction not knowing what there doing, same goes for active members we need that and I can bring that to the Faction
List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
I think a good event would be a town hall meeting where citizens can sit and give ideas for laws and what they are looking for in the city so i can get public feedback and what i need to improve.
Secret Corruption checks would be a good idea as well trying to find any corrupt officers or soldiers in the city and try to stop them to keep the city safe from others that claim to protect the city.
List any other information/ideas you may have
Red Notices would be cool someone who has broken so many laws that we can revoke the citizenship and send them to the island if we catch them.
