All in POVs Mass Rule Break from about 10 LSPD , Happened 2 times so two different POVs , i believe there is government , They come without warrant 2 times.

After seen all POV we decide LSPD get Verbal Warn
Reason -
Doing same thing again and again also they not inform to Goverment for that situation. (before and after also)
checking all things carefully i conclude they are not enter in Ballas HQ. No MG.
Verbal warn is only for not follow the proper chain of command in City.
