1: I would like to help out all citizen's in city when they need help
2:I have been deputy of bloods gang, lspd and FIB in other cities so i sort of know what im doing and I would like to try a new position in a new city
3:It would help me engage with more citizens learn things about all off the people in the city and what they would like in the city and what they would enjoy more about the city

weakness: Overthinking about what people think about me in city

Yes i will be able to perform duties of an administrator and no there is no IRL or will be no situations that will prevent me being an administrator but if anything happens i will let the management that i cant come into city that day
