1. Which leadership position are you applying for?
• I am applying for General of SANG (NG)
2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
• I want to lead SANG to uphold the values of discipline, order, and protection.
• The National Guard (NG) plays a crucial role during emergencies, riots, high-level threats, and supporting law enforcement.
• As a leader, I’ll focus on realism, hierarchy, teamwork, and communication will have a good friendship with LSPD and GOV.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
• I will introduce scheduled military-style training sessions like Tactical drills (formations, breach & clear).
• Mainly i have to manage the Role-based specializations (Ground Force Divison, snipers, Air force) to Better view.
• I will first focus on building a proper training system where members can learn basic and advanced military tactics through regular sessions it will help me more discipline and allow every member to understand their role better during operations. I also plan to host weekly events and missions based on different scenarios like base defense, city emergencies, and joint drills with other Org.
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
• I like to bring a new department for NG the team name called Black Ops units, They will handle sniper and also they are like Long range shooter no one knows about them or the department.
• joint training operations with other departments like LSPD and GOV. These will involve search missions, convoy protection, or riot control drills, helping to build better coordination and stronger RP across the city.
5. List any other information/ideas you may have
• I’ll make a clear ranking system to obey the HC and above, to look more SANG to discipline and Professional.
6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
• I can bring 10 to 35 members also not only this member i will work hard to more members.
