I would like to respectfully request a reconsideration of my recent appeal, as I believe the core points I raised may not have been fully understood.
Firstly, the primary argument in my forum was based on clear rule violations by the players mentioned. If my forum led to those players being punished for the offenses I outlined, then how can my actions be construed as “targeting”? I was merely reporting behavior that was against server rules, supported with solid POV evidence.
Furthermore, in the main thread, Admin Devu Fearless stated that ID 88 had read me my Miranda rights based on an admin POV. With all due respect, this is factually incorrect. Regardless of whether the situation falls under martial law where such rights are often dismissed, the justification given was still a false statement. If accurate admin POVs are the foundation of judgment, such discrepancies should not be overlooked.
What is even more disheartening is the inconsistency in how punishments are handed out. I seem to be the only person punished under the rule of "Targeting an Organisation" a rule that is still very vague and loosely defined. I even submitted POV evidence where a faction leader directly threatened me in prime chat, and yet, this was completely ignored in the decision-making process.
I humbly request that my ban be lifted and that I be given a fair opportunity to continue enjoying this server, just like everyone else. I have always tried to follow the rules and contribute meaningfully to the RP experience. I sincerely hope the admin team will take a closer look and give this matter the attention it deserves.
