Crime Rules
1.1 The Ghetto is a dangerous area that is home to the Criminal Element of Los Santos. | Demorgan
1.2 Gang Members are required to wear at least 2 of the following clothing items in their gang’s color while participating in any Ghetto Activities: Shirt, Pants, Mask | Demorgan 60-120 Mins
1.3 When performing any criminal activities you must wear a mask to cover your identity. | Demorgan 60-120 Mins
Exception: If you didn’t initiate the criminal activity (i.e. shooting someone in self-defense, running from the cops).
1.4 While visiting a Gang HQ, you are required to comply with all demands given by that Gang’s Members, If you refuse demands on Gang HQ, the Gang is allowed to kill/rob you. | Demorgan 60-120 Mins or Warn
1.5 It is forbidden to kill Gang Members in their HQ. Gang Members are prohibited from shooting/robbing/or killing while in their HQ without IC reason | Warn
1.6 Robberies must be conducted in an ICly appropriate area. These include: Ghetto, Dark Alleyways in city, Outside of City. Gangs should not conduct robberies in the view of witnesses | Demorgan 60-120 Mins
Exception: Robbing Rival Gang Members who your Gang has declared war against
1.7 Car thefts must follow the same rules as other robberies. | Demorgan
1.8 It is strictly forbidden to Non RP Drive and Car Ram during vehicle heist. | Demorgan 60-120 Mins
1.9 The Gang must have at least one car and 2x number of people at the place to rob someone. | Demorgan
1.10 It is forbidden to force players to do any animation as a result of Criminal activities. It is STRICTLY forbidden to force players to do sexual animations as a result of Criminal activities | Demorgan for normal animations, Ban for sexual animations
Exception: Raising Hands
1.11 If a person complies with demands, it is forbidden to kill them. | Demorgan 60-120 Mins
1.12 It is STRICTLY forbidden to force players to drop any item that cannot be robbed through robbery script | Ban 7-14 Days
1.13 It is STRICTLY forbidden to take players to an ATM or Bank and force them to withdraw money | Ban 7-14 Days
1.14 It is forbidden to return to your Gang HQ while being actively pursued by the police/a rival gang | Warn
1.15 Only real hostages are allowed and you cannot use your own gang members as hostages. | Verbal to the Org
1.16 Gangs cannot take hostages and rob from event which just finished. | Warn
1.17 Fort Zancudo can only be robbed between 13:00 and 21:00. | Verbal to the Org
