Application Information

1. Which leadership position are you applying for?
State/National Guard Leader (SANG)

2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:
• I want to bring realistic, structured military roleplay that adds depth to the city.
• I’m passionate about leadership and building a solid team where everyone has a purpose.
• I believe the National Guard should stand out as disciplined, reliable, and respected and I’m ready to lead that change.

3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term:
• Create specialized units within the Guard like Air Support, Tactical Operations, and Checkpoint Patrols.
• Host regular training drills, crisis simulations, and recruitment sessions to keep members active and sharp.
• Collaborate with PD and EMS during high risk scenarios to strengthen city-wide RP during emergencies.

4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization:
• Military Readiness Inspection Day – A scheduled event where all National Guard members undergo gear checks, formation drills, and protocol reviews. This boosts discipline, team coordination, and gives newer members a chance to learn.
• Joint Training Ops – Tactical exercises and drills with other government orgs to build coordination and immersion.

5. List any other information/ideas you may have:
• I’ll establish a solid command structure where even high command members are accountable and active, not just issuing orders.
• I’ll keep a balance between professional and enjoyable RP, so the Guard feels like a real unit not just a title.

6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
I can bring 10–15 active, serious roleplayers who are ready for military style RP and respect structure
