I want to be Leader Of Federal investigation Bureau (FIB)
1) I want to keep leading the FIB to bring more realistic and enjoyable roleplay to the city. My main goal is to make the FIB work better by building strong teamwork with other state organizations and always following server rules to avoid any problems.
2) I plan to organize the FIB into proper departments so every agent knows exactly what they’re responsible for. This will help the organization run more smoothly and allow everyone to play a meaningful role. I’ll also focus on training helping both new and experienced agents improve their skills.
3) I’ve already led the FIB for four terms and successfully led 59 out of 60 raids. That experience has helped me learn how to manage a team well and make a positive difference.
4) Even a small team can achieve great things if it’s organized right. I want to build that kind of team one that’s professional, efficient, and respected across the server.
1) My top priority is improving the quality of roleplay in the FIB. I’ll introduce proper training that prepares agents for different situations like hostage situations or high-risk arrests so they stay professional and avoid mistakes like misfires or breaking character.
2) I also want to make sure the FIB feels welcoming for both new and experienced players. Recruitment will be fair, and everyone will be trained properly before they take on serious responsibilities.
3) Everyone will be expected to act professionally. If someone isn’t meeting the standard, we’ll deal with it quickly and respectfully. With strong training and discipline, I believe we can set a great example for police RP across the entire server.
4) It’s truly been an honor to lead the FIB. If I’m given the opportunity again, I’ll keep working hard to raise the standards with a strong, fair, and focused team.

1) Depends how many citizens are there i will do state waves to attract citizens to join FIB and i will invite all my friends to join.
