List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
I have always wanted to lead FIB since the beginning and I have extensive experience in state organizations because I believe FIB serves as the foundation for this city. The city would be completely overrun by crime if Fib and its expertise in city protection did not exist. It would be overgrown with crime. The right leadership would transform FIB into the core element which would eliminate all criminal activities and mischievous behavior from the city. My leadership abilities make me confident about taking charge of this organization. I want to introduce 'Weekly Tasks' within the FIB to enhance departmental performance especially for the undercover department since they need activities to stay active and motivated while fighting drugs and illegal guns and collecting evidence for raids.
List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
-Create SOP's which will be easy to follow by each and every members
-The implementation of Weekly tasks will sustain agent and departmental activity at a high level.
-Every new member will receive proper training and must adhere to the rules without exception.
List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
-Classified Briefing & Strategy Night-A private HQ meeting provides agents with classified information while they assess previous operations and develop future strategies.
-The High-Risk Vehicle Patrols program requires agents to monitor major streets for stolen vehicles and contraband shipments and unusual activities.
List any other information/ideas you may have
-Introduce a new department NSD/DEA
