   - Federal Investigation Bureau
2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
   - 1. FIB is the most important organization in the city it takes care of fighting crime and criminal organizations, In ways that other State Orgs cannot, Such as Gang Raids, Family Raids, Black Market Raids, and more... Actions that really impact the gangs in the city.
   - 2. Taking FIB Leadership its hard But iam promising that I will try to take care of the organization, Obviously no one is perfect , Even I’m not perfect but I will try my best to lead the organization without any org Warning
   - 3. im not play the server still, so i dont know how fib things gonna work, like departnment, scripting, but as per now i was in fib or other state org. so i know how a state org will work and i hope i will do good for fib term.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
   - A) I will make sure that my high commands are involved in every Situation, Checking that all Rules are being Followed by Everyone, and they are managing their own departments. I will make Sure that my Departments are very active so they can help Other Organizations in their Special Missions. Each and Everyone is Doing their Job Correctly, Taking care of their Departments so there are no conflicts among anyone, Its important to me that the FIB remains a respected and honorable organization within the city, maintaining a positive reputation among other organizations.
   - B) Implement comprehensive training programs that cover various aspects of FIB operations, including procedural knowledge, tactical skills, and effective communication techniques. i know its an Important Department to introduce and Teach New Agents About FIB RP and teach them how to react in Critical Situations. I will Make sure that my HR Department has really Experienced People in it so they can teach new Agents Mentally and tactically.
   - C) Last but not least, I'll make sure that every agent puts in a lot of effort and showing hours on duty, making sure that the city is safe for the Citizens, Having my Undercover Department really Active so they have a great Knowledge of gangs Activity throughout the City. So they are always Step Ahead from the Gangs. I'll have a Great Bonus System to Encourage and Appreciate the our Agents for Showing a Great Activity.
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
   - 1. **drug bust**
   - gangs got an order from mexican side of the any gang side and they need to supply the order (800 kilo marijuana) but a snitch from gangs gave the information to leos and leos start a felony stop on the doc hwy to bust them when gangs driving to the meeting point they saw the officer and did not comply with their demands and starts escaping from them and leos start chasing them to bust the drugs.
   - 2.red light & green light
   - The participants will meet at the stadium until the event starts. Once the event starts they need to try to reach the finish line first. Once the host Shows red flag the participants must freeze and not move and when the host shows the green flag the participants can move. If the participants move when the host shows red flag the participant who moved will be disqualified.

   - i have like , find the drug loaded car, where is murder gun,etc
6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
   - maybe 10+ , bc even i dont show the server yet and this ist launch yet, but i try to get more people.
