List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:


Reason 1 – Commitment to Law & Order

I have a strong passion for law enforcement RP and believe in maintaining order and fairness in the city. My goal is to make LSPD proactive, with officers actively patrolling, engaging with citizens, and preventing crime before it escalates.


Reason 2 – Improving Coordination & Training
I have observed that officers sometimes struggle in high-pressure situations like robberies or pursuits. I plan to organize regular training, improve radio communication, and ensure smooth, professional responses that enhance public trust in LSPD.


Reason 3 – Building Respect for the Role
As LSPD Leader, I aim to lead by example, demonstrating discipline, fairness, and impartial decision-making. This will ensure officers earn respect from the community, enhancing the city’s overall RP experience.


List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term:
  • Enforce professionalism in the organization and maintain strict discipline.
  • Keep LSPD highly active, ensuring consistent patrols and law enforcement in the city.
  • Ensure every member follows the city rules strictly and sets a good example for RP.

List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization:
  • Regular In-Game Training: Weekly scenario drills (hostage situations, traffic stops, major raids) to maintain immersive and professional RP.
  • Structured Patrols & Community Interaction: Assign clear duties for each rank, organize ghetto patrols with other orgs (FIB, etc.), and create friendly RP events like meet-and-greet patrols to strengthen public engagement.

List any other information/ideas you may have:
  • I plan to implement exciting and dynamic activities across the city to keep RP fresh and engaging.
  • Regular collaboration with other organizations to enhance cross-org roleplay and city dynamics.

How many members can you bring to the organization?

I can initially bring 10-15 reliable, committed members to help maintain high-quality RP.
