Which leadership position are you applying for? LSPD (Los Santos Police Department)
List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organisation
- I would like to be leader of LSPD for many reasons one of them given is that I truly belive that I can actually improve RP I may have had some bad events in the past but that was in the past and im looking to improve myself and the organisation.
2. I am going to minimise the crime rate in the city. I am not going to allow any type of corruption in my organisation other than people with bio or approved by curators.
3. I have had much experience in legal orgs in Zenith and in other projects as a normal police man and as a high command and I belive that I know what the people want in the organisation and I truly trust myself as a leader and belive that I can give them what they want and make them enjoy LSPD and the project.
List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
1. We will be doing IC events like Fire test where we go to public places and check if the Fire Alarm work or not. we'll be doing Ghetto patrol, City Patrol, Ghetto cleaning and much more to improve the RP and make sure our officers have a fun time not only
driving around in a car.
2. Maintain a clean and healthy environment where no toxic behavior is allowed.
3. I'll be picking out my high commands cautiously and i want them to help and advise the new people to the org so we can grow as fast as possible and so people stay in the organization and in the project.
List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
1.Fire drills: In Fire drills we will go to public areas and do RP. We are going to look in the roofs check if the fire alarms are working or not. Lets say it isnt working then we will take a picture and send it to the Governor or his/her Deputy.
2. Ghetto Cleaning: We are going to be partnering with FIB, SANG and USSS in an group ghetto cleaning. In the ghetto we will start by parking our cars at an location and start walking in the ghetto on foot. If we see crime we will stop it with lethal force and while keeping professional.
List any other information/ideas you may have
1. I have a few ideas that can improve the roleplay for my organisation and players that want to enjoy the game if I get leadership I will contact the curators and talk about it.
How many members can you bring to the organization?
1. In the first week my goal is going to be 10-20 members.
