2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization. (2.1)- - i want to take term beause i have exp about legal org if i will get term i will make sure that no city rule break and try to not get any warn for my organization (2.2)- Why I Chose to Step Up,But over time, I’ve seen a lot of problems — corruption, laziness, and people in power not doing their jobs properly. That’s what motivated me to step up. I don’t want to just complain or watch things fall apart. I want to fix it. I believe real leadership means showing up, taking responsibility, and doing what’s right even when it’s hard. (2.3)-The third reason for me to become the leader of LSPD is that I have seen in many terms disbands due to small mistakes and not taking responsibility of the organization, the organization gets disbanded before time. I will take full care that this does not happen in my term and I will make such deputies and HCs who have experience of handling an organization and have good knowledge due to which the new people can learn a lot from them and I will not let there be favouritism in my organization. I will rank every person on the basis of his experience and knowledge and my term will be the best term and the most active term till date.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term. (i) End Corruption: I will bring full transparency and accountability. No one is above the law. (ii) Active Terms Only: Leaders must stay involved. I won’t allow inactive leadership.
   (iii) No Favoritism: Everyone will be treated equally, based on merit and performance.
   (iv) Team First: We rise together. I’ll build a strong, united team culture.
