List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization:

1. I want to ensure that law enforcement roleplay remains fair, professional, and enjoyable for all players.
2. I believe the LSPD is one of the most important organizations in maintaining balance between crime and legal RP, and I want to contribute to its growth.
3. I enjoy leadership roles where I can train, guide, and motivate members to roleplay seriously while still having fun.

List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term:

1. Create a proper ranking and training system for officers to make promotions clear and rewarding.
2. Focus on realistic patrols, traffic stops, and investigations instead of only responding to shootouts.
3. Work with other organizations (EMS, DOJ, Gangs) to create roleplay interactions that feel more alive and balanced.

List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization:

1. Ride-Along Program – allowing civilians or potential recruits to experience a patrol with officers before joining.
2. Joint Training Exercises – organizing events with other law enforcement branches or even criminal organizations to simulate large-scale situations (hostage rescues, city lockdowns, etc.).

List any other information/ideas you may have:

• I would encourage more structured roleplay with proper use of bodycams, evidence collection, and realistic charges.
• I’d like to establish an internal affairs division to keep the police department accountable.

How many members can you bring to the organization?
I can bring around min 40-50 active members who are interested in police roleplay and ready to follow structure and discipline.
