2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization: 1. I have exp as a leader of gang in Grand roleplay server so I think I am handle this gang 2. I can make this gang active beacuse I know how to handle a gang 3. I will do every event and make this gang on top with a good gang members
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term. 1. I will do the rules strict like I must ask the rules to the player that gonna join the gang.
   
   1. Creative and Dynamic Scenarios:
      I’ll introduce weekly roleplay events and missions that encourage creativity, teamwork, and diverse roleplay opportunities. These will include both planned and spontaneous events to keep engagement high and the roleplay environment dynamic.
   2. Feedback and Improvement System:
      I’ll set up a feedback loop where members can anonymously submit suggestions or concerns about roleplay quality. This will help identify areas for improvement and empower members to take ownership of the roleplay experience.

   1. Themed Roleplay Scenarios:
   I will organize weekly themed RP events (e.g., hostage situations, undercover missions, major heists, or community outreach) that align with our organization’s purpose. These events will challenge members to think creatively and work as a team while adding depth to our RP storylines. 2. Inter-Organization Collaborations:
   I’ll coordinate joint roleplay events with other organizations (like rival gangs, law enforcement, or civilian groups) to create more immersive and engaging experiences. These collaborations will encourage diplomacy, rivalries, and alliances that make the RP world feel more alive and connected.
