List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
1 - First my roleplaying is great I have played in more than 4 roleplaying servers and it varies from good roleplaying to bad roleplaying I have played in cops and criminal servers not mostly roleplay I have played in strict roleplaying servers like Eclipse RP I have been a doc guard there a mechanic a gang member a mechanic and doctor I am used to training well and I know some big roleplaying rules now there is no doc at the moment but I would have applied for doc if there was so right now I just want a position and I would take that position very seriously
2 - I am a very strict guy when it comes to rules and roleplaying and I would like to make EMS have a good roleplaying depending on how the server mechanics allow EMS to review and heal people I would set some rules
3 - I am a nice guy and an active guy I can be online most of the time and having a leadership position would be good for me
List three suggestions steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term
1 - I would make a very strict rule on chain of command and I would like to set some special rules based on how the roleplaying of the server is
2 - I would be training every member from the start till we get a good trainer for EMS to train them
3 - I would set phases on becoming an EMS first ride alone second training third teaching them rules if they dont know and last letting them join and still they should have someone with them if available till we know he can do it alone without big mistakes
List at least two ideas for events activities you will create organize to improve your organization
1 - I would make a weekly check on all the employees on how they are doing and what they are doing daily
2 - I would add a warning system based on how many mistakes an EMS employee makes and if it reach a limit that employee would either get fired or temporarily fired
List any other information ideas you may have
1 - I would like to have a command for roleplaying for example /me check for injures and the other person would have to respond this way EMS should have good roleplaying
2 - EMS shall not help anyone that is currently in an active shootout and shall wait till police arrive and its safe

I am currently alone but as I said I would be accepting people once the server start
