We were alerted about a bank Robbery at Legion Bank and we responded the call and in the first part you can see me and my colleague negotiating for the the hostage and if you look closely to the guy with yellow hat and green shirt ID 223 he is inside holding the hostage and in the crossfire he died inside the bank and in the 2nd part you can see me holding the roof no outgoing or incoming situation as I have a bird eye view , the exact same guy comes back from the hospital when they killed my colleagues and he gives command in the radio if you look closely to the 2nd part u can see the same guy with yellow hat and green shirt after giving command in the radio their gang members comes out and the guys with yellow hat and green shirt ID 223 Broke the rule of New Life Rule as known as NLR.
