1. Which leadership position are you applying for?
EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES (EMS)
2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
2.1) I have been in EMS in total of 8 terms in a different city and I have gathered much knowledge on the working of EMS. I have worked as the Division Chief of Ambulance Services (DCAS - 27 rank) and I have spent a lot of time with newcomers (trainees), so I know the main issues or problems that are faced by new joiners and this way I will make rules and encourage them to join EMS and work in a more efficient way.
2.2) As a leader I will make sure the Hospital Lobbies are covered in Day/Night Shifts so that the citizens will get immediate help as soon as they reach hospital.
2.4) I Shall also be taking care of Department Calls or State Events as my first priority of being a Chief.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
3.1) I will encourage employees and also train them to do RP actions(MRI, X-RAY) and surgeries related to EMS and this will result in increase of professionalism.
3.2) I will emphasize more on recruiting employees for the Night shifts along with all time zones so that the lobbies must be covered 24/7.
3.3) I will try my best to connect with every employee of EMS and make sure no one gets treated badly and if they are satisfied then a high level of roleplay will be maintained easily. I will make sure that no toxicity arises in the organization itself.
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
4.1) I will host weekly events for every department of EMS so that they are fully motivated to work harder. I also want to make a section for Employees of the week where one person from each department will get extra bonuses for outshining their work. I will provide weekly promotions based on hard work and not on basis of Favoritism.
4.2) I shall also be hosting a weekly feedback meeting for new joiners (Trainees) to get to know about any problems faced my them during their shifts and accordingly I will devise rules and regulations along with a discussion with the HC panel.
5. List any other information/ideas you may have
5.1) I will like to have 4 departments in EMS:
a) Medical Department (Lobby Covering Department)
b) Ambulance Services Department (Department going to help people all over the city)
c) Training Department (Department which will provide Training to newbies)
d) Labs Department (Department which will make medicines)
5.2) An Armored Vest will be beneficial for the Ambulance Department who are going for Calls or any medical attention asked in hostage situations or etc. This will increase the Roleplay Status.
