2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
2.1) First reason to become a leader of LSPD is my overall exeperience that i gained working in every org. . I worked from the very basic position and gaining experience i went to high positions on the basis of my work . And all of them when i worked in Los Santos Police Department i started to engage more , i used be more active to stop crimes in city , etc . And after gaining this much experience and passing multiple terms i found myself really dedicated to Los Santos Police Department .
2.2) Corruption , Favouritism ,etc is more likely to happen in the departments like LSPD . So i will make sure to reduce this kind of things in the department , i will always be checking if everything is going well or not, and make a respect and love towards LPSD in each and every citizen of the city. I will take interviews of each and every high command by myself so i can check if he/ she has the potential to run that thing properly . I will give chance to each and every member of the org ( LSPD ) so that they can have experience of everthing . So thats why this is one of my reasons i should run the department .
2.3) I have talked to many leaders / ex-leaders ( Who handled the department perfectly ) of this department from different projects of RP and learned everything, talked about everything and they inspired me a lot to lead this department and work with everyone and i hope i can run this department properly and smoothly. And the things which i see LSPD is bad like towing when i was a part of it , i will make sure these kind of things shouldn't happen as they are much much important for this department to gain respect and fear in everyone not to commit any crime . And i'll make sure that LSPD will become one of the best org in RP that everyone will want to be a part of it.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
3.1) In my term i will make sure we will be active 24/7 , when i will be active i will look and after high command will look . so that 24/7 recruitments will be open and anyone who will come anytime won't face any kind of problems which everyone faces generally.
3.2) I will make sure no one missuses its power by false ranking of anyone and suppressing other members by their power and position and everyone will work together as a team .
3.3) I will organise regular events , regular patrolling ,etc . So that everyone will see LSPD as an active , engaging and dream department .
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
4.1) I will introduce new programms for the department so that our team won't face any kind of issues in any scenarios , this will result in smooth and better functioning of the department and finally crimes will reduce automatically .
4.2) I will improve make sure to have tough training of every member so if in any situation they will stay strong and hard and this will result in strengthening the base of our department and every member will be ready enough to be stand in any condition.
5. how many members can you bring to the organization?
In my tenure , i will try to add atleast 20 to 25 active members in the department in the first working week who will further spread positivity to the city so that everyone would get to know about LSPD . And as we keep running we will add many members as possible to make LSPD a stable , well-known , respected , engaging , loved and dream department.
