Which leadership position are you applying for?
- LSPD
List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
- 1. LSPD is backbone of the city, this org handle all crime in city,and i have exp. in other rp in state,how to handle things, it help me to be a good leader.
- 2. i have lot of friend who gonna support me to run a better term,if i get this term then i swear no one break traffic rules,make sure to active officers on city round to clean city inviornment .
- 3. its my first leadership org. so its a chance me to get my name in city and make new friends and more exp. as a leader who help me in future,my goal is feel free crime city.
List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.- 1.no favouritism,always take player with their exp. and take interview first 2.make sure active unit go to city patrolling no one stay at hq without reason 3.check officer activity and gave promotion on weekly promotion ceremony, so officer do more pattroling and give bonuses
List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
- 1. im gonna held events with my pr event,so its attract people and increase more roleplay,also people take interest in LSPD and wanna join.
- 2. i conduct opration so no one boring in lspd like - city patrolling, towing cars who park wrong and merge ghetto patroling with NG & FIB for increase and relation btw org rp.
List any other information/ideas you may have
- i will discus with my deputy chief and make good ideas like giving bonuses who work hard and in department like HR,IA,SWAT etc.
