1. Leadership Through Team Work and Action
I think the LSPD does best when everyone's connected knowing they're a part of a larger whole. I'm concerned about keeping the department active, attending events, and having a solid, professional presence on the server. It'll all work out if we work together and keep communication open.
2. Focus on Professionalism and Growth
It's very important to me that officers represent the department in a good way. That means staying professional, knowing what's appropriate, and always improving. I want to create a work environment where people can be proud of who they work for and be motivated to keep growing throughout their career.
3. Developing a Powerful, Credible Team I'm not after numbers—I'm after quality. Those who enjoy roleplaying, who desire to be active participants, and who seek to learn. With proper training and a clear orientation on what we expect, we can turn a good team into a great team both in how we work and how we seem to others on the server.

in starting week i will add 10-15 members which will be highly trained officers will always show professionalism in thier work.
