1 Story :
I want to became leader of LSPD, as per my starting Was Also begin from LSPD i am New in The City I am Low Knowledgeable I am Low experienceable But If I'll became leader of LSPD i can prove myself by the work. I am Doing RP From 7-8 Months I know Leader is a Big Post For People Like me But As Per My Experience I seen alot of things like Favoritsm, Low RP , Low Efforts , No Seriousness, One guy is getting Rank of 28 who Deserve 10 And one is Getting 10 Who deserve A lot more . I know Having Experience and knowledge is also indeed to take a Big Post but I just need a chance to prove myself . That's my vission To Why I Want to become a Leader
If you are thinking Why LSPD Because It was The Main core Organisation of the city , It's easy to Run a Term Here. That's my Story.
2 Hardworking :
I always prefer Giving Rank to a Person Who is Serious About the organization . Because I seen Alot of People's Having High ranks Doing Nothing . Organization There is A Less number As Per If I became the leader of LSPD I'll Give The City A Fair , fast and a Perfect chance
Because if a guy fails . No HR Tell his Mistake , They Just Reject and Say Get knowledge Of Some Rules But they Never Know How to get Knowledge about Rules That's why I want to bring a Good Team of HR , IA , S.W.A.T , TEU. Who Will Always Help A guys if he fails Or do any type of mistake I'll prefer Instead of Giving Them a Punishment. if he wants to improve his self I'll give them a Fair chance to improve that's my second goal .
3 Good Listener and Team Builder :
I believe a true leader Always listens to their team. I always take feedback seriously and make sure every officer feels Good and respected in my Term . I want to build a strong team where trust, communication, and teamwork is Compulsory . If I lead the LSPD, I’ll make sure no one feels Boring or Anything I'll Organize some Cool and fun event to Help My Officers to Grow and earn as per as the activities from my officers I'll make to give them a bonus , group hugs. That's my Last and third Goal.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
1 In my term i will make sure we will be active 24/7 , when i will be active i will look and after high command will look . so that 24/7 recruitments will be open and anyone who will come anytime won't face any kind of problems which everyone faces generally.
2 I will make sure no one missuses its power by false ranking of anyone and suppressing other members by their power and position and everyone will work together as a team .
3 I will organise regular events , regular patrolling ,etc . So that everyone will see LSPD as an active , engaging and dream department
