1. Which leadership position are you applying for?
Leader of LSPD
2. List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization
(i) I have strong interest in LEOS. I have Experience in all organizations of Law Enforcement Officers like LSPD with rank 28 for a term, SAHP with rank 27 for a full term, and in FIB with rank 26 for a temp, full term. And I was Human Resource in every LEO organization, and having experience to hire someone
(ii) I have taken much experience in other cities to lead an organization. I have been DCJ who have given many verdicts and seen perfect and what is a perfect arrest, and I have handled debate between lawyers.
(iii) As I have worked with LSPD for more time (in hours) from a rank 4 person to rank 28. So, I am knowing what problems are faced by newbies and experienced people.
And I have managed many Candy runs, Special Operations.
3. List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term.
(i) There must be a special training session for newbies. So, they should not do silly mistakes.
(ii) I will use different types of methods to increase the Overall RP, not only in our org but among everyone, we will be conducting Frequent RP events with citizens to help them remind that LSPD is active.
(iii) I will make the guys in my term are satisfied with the rank and bonus they got, because it gives motivation to work for your city and organization.
4. List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization
(i) I will conduct events in every week. Which is only for members of my organization, I will make sure the event keeps everyone hydrated and energetic. The winning officer must given a prize of money/cars/many more.
(ii) The highest commands of organization must give a speech to all org members once a week. So, the energy of working hard in them continuous.
(iii) We will do a city patrol in which our armored cars and normal cars are shown to public. So, they should not worry about criminal activities.
5. List any other information/ideas you may have
(i) There are more ideas like The HR interviews must base on scenario-based question rather than scripted question.
(ii) Everyone one should respect their High Commands and should learn things from them.
(iii) The members in my organization must know the powers of partial and fully immune, So, If they are detaining them they know what power they hold.
6. How many members can you bring to the organization?
(i) I will try to add as much as i can. As i have not seen the city and the members. So, i can't say anything on this point.
