1. Which leadership position are you applying for? - Leader of Families
   
   
2. I want to be leader of families because of the following 3 reasons
   
   a. Families has always been a gang with less activities , be it on any other server , it has an image that of a weak gang , i wanna change that and make it the most feared gang in the zenith roleplay.
   
   b. I want to lead by example and complete my term with no warnings , families will provide me with this opportunity. i firmly believe that with families being the first leader on zenith i can lead by example and make it the best gang in city
   
   c. I want to focus on Roleplay and if given this opportunity i will make sure i can achieve my goal , i want people who joins the gang experience what its like to be a part of gang and a group .
   
   
3. Steps i will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during my term
   
   a. the first step to make my gang the best in terms of Roleplay what i will do is work on communication between high commands and people with low ranks , this will create a strong bond between players and it will be easy for us to run our gang , everyone will be assigned with duties that they have to complete everyday .
   
   b. the second thing that i would imply is doing as much events as we can . doing more events will lead to exposure of more RP situations , which will help our gang members to understand and experience what roleplay really means , events like bank robbery or hostage situation will help .
   
   c. third thing i would imply is to assign a HC with his own group of 5 to 6 members , like a buddy system in armies , rather then acting as whole big group , my gang will act as mix of many groups with an individual HC assigned to lead them , this will create bonding and we can focus on everyone. Gang members will learn from the hc of their group and it will create a sense of competition within gang , which will encourage HCs and Members to be on top and hence they will do more activities and get more exposure to Roleplay.
   
   
   
4. Ideas for events/activities that i will create/organize to improve my organization
   
   a. Money matters and it makes people more motivated , what i will do is provide money , bonuses and other facilities to members with every successful event. People will be treated equally in respective of their ranks . also i mentioned that i will imply Buddy system .
   
   b. Each and every Rank will be assigned duties to fulfil everyday , and higherups will take care of it and keep a record if duties are being completed , this will create a sense of work and will give our members exposure , duties can be anything from , robbing 2 people a day to bring gang a hostage , rob enemy gang etc , the more work there is the busy members will be and the gang will never be boring and repetitive , each day the duties will be different so that members can enjoy being at gang.
   
   
   
5. How many members can you bring to the organization?
   
   I already have my turf team ready and im hoping to get around 60 to 70 people on day 1
