2).List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization :-
I want to become the leader of the LSPD because I see the true potential this department has within the city The LSPD can play a critical role in maintaining order enforcing the law and ensuring the safety of all citizens If given the opportunity to lead I will work tirelessly to maximize officer activity and engagement across all departments
My ultimate goal is to make the city 100% safe and I believe this is achievable through strong collaboration with organizations such as the FIB and SANG Together we can create a unified front that protects our communities and restores public trust in law enforcement
I also want to ensure that the citizens of this city recognize the LSPD FIB and SANG as pillars of safety integrity and professionalism At the same time I will make it a priority to actively suppress gang-related activities ensuring criminal organizations are constantly monitored dismantled and held accountable We will send a clear message crime will not be tolerated and law-abiding citizens will always be protected
3).List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term :-
Knowledge of server rules :-
To improve RP quality and overall activity within this organization all members must be aware of the server rules To ensure this the HR department will be responsible for enforcing rule awareness Failure to comply will result in consequences from Internal Affairs (IA).
If HR can properly train new members from the moment they join they will be better prepared to engage in high-quality roleplay Proper training ensures everyone is fully informed about the rules and essential information needed to enhance the roleplay experience across the server.
The Department Usage :-
I will set up the department for optimal usage, using a system I’ve developed that encourages communication, cooperation, and professionalism. This system will help members of the organization avoid becoming power-hungry or acting out of line, fostering a culture of respect and teamwork.
All departments SWAT Detectives IA and Parking enfroment and CEOD will be structured to work together rather than operating in silos This unified approach will not only strengthen the roleplay within the organization but also improve the experience for the citizens we interact with The goal is to create meaningful scenarios that are fun immersive and fair for everyone involved
Set Up City Events :-
Coffee with a Cop
Officers set up a small stand or gather at a public place like a café or park to hand out coffee, donuts, and chat with locals. It’s a harmless, casual setting that allows for organic conversations perfect for subtle welfare checks.

Fishing Tournament
Timed event with prizes for most fish, rarest catch, biggest catch
Car Meet & Showcase
Civilians display custom vehicles
Optional competitions: Best in Show Loudest Engine, Best Classic
