- List three reasons why you would like to be the leader of this organization. 1. 1. Prove my self: i have lead Vagos bunta Families 2 time and ng 2 time been deputy of every state other than ems but when my last term of ballas disbanded on 43 turf it hit my confidence so i need do prove my self to all of my supports and my self to i will lead Bloods to greatness and i will make it more active then my Ballas term where i had 40+ people in store normally i will make it most active prove again that Baby Gangster is still HIM and can lead and all i need is a chance
2. active gang and events: in sometime i seen Gang disbanding and being inactive i in my all gang used to go subs every day and with lot of mambers and we will attend every event with max members and dominate it like always i do in my term and with my experience as leader i have very good team of guys who are ready to join at moments notice and do the work and i also have good deputy to make sure past don't repeat it self and i will make red color feared again
3. i will take full advantage of Ballas HQ location and use to best with it having one of best hostage location ever and with my home advantage it very easy to win and bloods is near main ghetto but not in main ghetto so we will have perfect place to start and would not get overwhelmed and we have highway near the bloods or easy way out of ghetto that we can do for somethings and with my team we will easily win most of situation - List three suggestions/steps you will take to improve the roleplay of the organization during your term. 1. Strict Hiring: i will only hire with strict interview process and help new guys learn rule and make it good
2. Only active member gang: i will only give rank to active guys and also remove any inactive guys from my gang and we will make it so we are active in event not just in map
3. Bonus System: i will have big bonus system and strict one if you are not on time then no bonus simple as it would be problem for me - List at least two ideas for events/activities that you will create/organize to improve your organization. 1 gun store robbery 2. Gang raid 3. Turfs
